Kroger Pharmacy

May meds cant be filled for 1-2 days hindsight of Dr appointment. I not only had influenza a but was also newly diagnosed with a heel spir that is very painful. Not only did they not have compazine for vomiting, they did not have the antianflamotory medicine. Went to dr. Yesterday......but have to wait until 7th, in the afternoon to pick up. Bad experience when you are sick and in pain!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy around. Not only does Kroger have wack hours… opens at 9 on weekdays, and also actually closes, shuts down for 30 minutes between 1-1:30. ???? (Yall can’t stagger shifts like everyone else?) but this particular Kroger pharmacy has the most unprofessional pharmacists, opening more than ten minutes late waaaay too often. I’ve been there to pick up prescriptions for a sick baby and had to wait an extra 13 minutes bc they open late. My husband was recently forced to switch from HEB pharmacy bc his monthly prescription is on back order and this Kroger happened to have it…last month he went to pick it up about 1:15 not at all thinking they would be closed at that time and had to wait an extra 15 minutes after 1:30 for them to finally open the window back up. T

I've been getting my meds here every month for the past 5 years everyone of the pharmacist that has been at this location has alway been helpful Robert is very knowledgeable at what he does and is very courteous they actually will take the time if you need to speak with the pharmacist and have questions The girls Iris, Belen, Yanbli are the sweetest these girls are awesome. The pharmacy staff here go far and beyond out of their way to make sure i have the meds i need and that i dont go without them for this im very appreciative

I used the walk-up window and could clearly see at least 5 people and I know for sure they could see me. I waited a minutes before pressing the call button because they clearly could see me waiting to be acknowledged. No one said “give us a min, we’ll be right with you” or anything. I finally pressed the call button and no one responded at all. I was just standing there. That is ridiculous! Customer service was horrible today.

The people working there are friendly and try to help save money on the price of prescriptions. They are out of serveral meds and you have to wait to get them.
