It wouldn’t hurt to have a little compassion over the phone when talking to customers. Please learn to have a better customer/employee rapport when helping a customer over the phone instead of a dry “I don’t want to be here” tone with no expression 😶. It helps makes a person day if they hear a smile in the employee’s voice when being helped over the phone and specially when dealing with something that’s difficult or out of one’s control, theirs or ours
Needs better produce and keep sale items stocked
I went looking for a fan cause our AC went out and I check to see who had a fan ,and Kroger advertise that they had some ,so we went and there was no fans at all. They act like they didn't know about the advertisement as false .
We were having difficulty with my script and they got it squared away AND FILLED with the most importance. Thank you for being a part of my healing process
They always get me out quick and fast. Best Pharmacy around for sure
