Kroger Pharmacy

I wish I could give this pharmacy a -10 because it is HORRIBLE. I called and they told me 45 mins. I waited 1:15hrs and then they told me I didn’t wait enough time So another 45 mins. The pharmacists are all in a dog mood so you gotta pray for the one who is in the good one. If you are a tourist or visiting Nacogdoches and get sick make sure you have a Texas ID or they will let you die without your meds if you don’t know anyone in this town that’s on you just go home and die apparently. This pharmacy IS TRASH.

The staff at Kroger have been kind, helpful, and as accommodating as possible. They're personable and caring, and they try hard to please. I've been a customer for at least 20 years. What I appreciate most is how personable they are. They care about each customer. I always look forward to saying hello to the staff when I'm in the store, even if I'm not picking up prescriptions. At times, state laws or insurance requirements make filling prescriptions at convenient times impossible. Kroger tries their best to be as helpful as possible within the constraints of regulations and requirements. I appreciate their efforts.

I will tell you this is the worst Pharmacy I have tried getting my daughter’ s prescriptions filled at and having poor customer service ! I have been in there twice, once when my daughter had her flu shot and the second time was to get a prescription filled for her . The first time I observed the Female pharmacist and co- worker that were filling prescriptions totally ignoring the girl working at the register when she had a question on how to do something. I know that they both Heard her and ignored her without answering her question. The second time I was speaking to a male pharmacist about a refill for my daughter on the phone , with an issue with the insurance.He was a little sassy with me on the phone when I spoke with him , but ignored his attitude .I spoke with my daughter later with

The automated phone system needs serious help. They will not follow up on prescription refills and will normally not order your prescriptions unless you keep pestering them. Very poorly run.

I have been trying to give Kroger the benefit of the doubt since COVID happened, but unfortunately nothing seems to be changing. Wait times are terrible, prescriptions take days to refill, and I am often waiting for the phone to be picked up after it ringing and ringing for 5 minutes. I understand that they have had lots of staffing issues, but this has been going on for way too long and they need to figure it out. I am going to CVS from now on because Kroger is very unreliable and does not meet my low expectations.
