Kroger Pharmacy

Awesome, just hate that their drive thru isn't always opened. I know some of the times it's due to being short staffed. Personally I think that should be one of the top priorities because some people needing their meds have trouble going in and waiting in line or just feel bad and don't feel like doing that. Just my opinion.

The only pharmacy I use. They always have the medicine I need. For those complaining about waiting in line and theirs meds not being ready, just call their automated number and it will tell you if your prescription is ready for pick up and if you owe anything for it and how much. Just make sure not to go from 1-1:30, that's their lunch hour.

Can't give negative rating which they deserve. It would be a negative 100 if possible. Horrible, rude staff especially female pharmacists. Do not use this pharmacy unless you have to.

I attempted to fill a legally valid ADHD prescription at this pharmacy, issued through a licensed telehealth provider. The pharmacist declined to fill it solely because it was prescribed via telemedicine, despite no issues with the medication itself or the provider’s credentials. The provider is a Kentucky licensed provider, and the medication has been filled with no issues for the past 2+ years. Not to make this over dramatic, but this is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADHD is a recognized disability, and access to necessary medication is a civil right protected under federal law. Pharmacies are considered public accommodations under the ADA, and policies that result in denying essential medication based solely on how it was prescribed constitute discrimination. I h

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Kroger Pharmacy in Morehead KY pulled the blinds in my face before the 8pm closing time, my sick child didn’t need antibiotics! 🤬 I normally do not complain online or otherwise, but this is ridiculous. I have seen others have this exact same complaint. If you do not have any more compassion or integrity than what was shown to my family, you shouldn’t be working with the public & especially not in a pharmacy! 😤
