Kroger Pharmacy

Amazing pharmacy- all new staff that really cares. Finally extended their hours, makes a huge difference. Kudos to Kroger for getting this pharmacy on track!

Kalaluka was extremely rude and didn't look far enough into a situation to fully resolve it. The pharmacy manager, Brittany, was able to look into the issue and resolve it in the same day. I still transferred my prescriptions from Kroger pharmacy. I am no longer willing to stand in line for 30 minutes to an hour to pick up my prescriptions. I do not recommend them.

The drive thru wait times are insane. Are people being allowed to wait for their prescriptions to be filled while sitting at the window? If so, that shouldn’t be allowed. Let them help others while the pharmacist is working on filling them. This is the second time using this pharmacy in as many months and have had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. Stuck between vehicles so I wait. I thought the fist time was just a fluke. Hopefully the person at the window isn’t rude like last time. Fingers crossed.

This Kroger pharmacy service is pitiful! My elderly mom went in to get antibiotic prescription filled and was told there was no pharmacist there to fill it. So she left and now almost a week later and another dentist visit done, with the dentist thinking she was taking it, I had the dentist office to call the prescription in. I tried to follow up by calling the pharmacy, and tried for 5 minutes without success to speak to anyone! My mother is easily confused and forgetful, so she needs the people at the pharmacy to be helpful and know what they are doing! This is not working at the Marion Illinois Kroger Pharmacy!!!!

I'm very disappointed with my trip to Kroger Pharmacy yesterday evening (Friday, November 19 2021) During this pandemic the pharmacy has gotten slow. But there have been new demands on them. And I can understand the additional wait times. But last night, 5:15 thru 6:30, after having foot surgery, my wife and I went to get my pain medication with a paper script. As soon as the young man took the script he said "you can pickup tomorrow. " My wife said "we can't these are pain medication...." before she could finish her statement the young man snapped. And responded back to her very snottily "that her tone was not needed." And put down the phone and walked away. My wife looked back at me and asked if she sounded rude. I told her I didn't hear anything of attitude from her and agreed he was
