Super fast and friendly service!! My script is already at the window when I drive up. Their delivery service has been a lifesaver when I'm in so much pain and can't get out of bed on some occasions. Thank you Medicine Shoppe for making my life easier and for helping our community.

My doctor's office placed an order for medical equipment. The person I spoke to over the phone was rude and had an attitude problem. The reviews that stated someone over the phone was rude are exactly right. The young man who made the delivery was very kind and helpful.

Always take care of my medical needs and delivers my medicine as it is hard for me to be able to get out so it's nice to know The medicine shoppe can deliver and I have never had any issues with them the employees are always very helpful.

They never call you for supply refills and you have to beg for them

Husband was put on oxygen when leaving the hospital and the guy that brought the machine knew that the machine was junk because he couldn’t get it turned on but when it came on he told us “oh it’ll be fine”. Well, since then it will not hold a charge and has to stay plugged in constantly or it will die, he had a pt appointment this morning and it died on him and he can’t get it to turn back on even while plugged in. My husband is laying down without any oxygen due to their negligence. When I called them to get my husband a working machine and explained what’s going on, they were really rude and hateful to me and kept interrupting me and said they will be here some time today to set up his home oxygen system. They just said “well I guess just take him to the ER or something if he can’t brea
