Kroger Pharmacy

Doesn't matter what time of day you stop 9 out of ten times the drive thru is closed. Went I nside to get prescriptions and 6 people working not at all busy. People choose pharmacies based on convenience. Get it together Krogers

Was told my prescriptions would be ready after 2 come after 2 and. Was told only have one ready and the other two wouldn't be ready till after 4 tomorrow this Was the second time being there and then was told wait a half hr and they will be ready if Was told originally they would be ready after two then they should have been ready when I came after 2 not told only one was ready and wouldn't have the other 2 ready till after 4 the next day makes no sense at all

Awful. Unprofessional & extremely slow. So sad kroger was my first job ever for 3 years. After the experience my mother & I just had 10am on 12/20/23 with the window attendant.. sadly this isn’t the first or third time this has happened… I’ll be switching to Walmart.. happy holidays yall

Pharmacist Brayson is a smart mouthed, disrespectful individual that I will never deal with again. And Julia , please. They try to make you feel "stupid"for THEIR mistakes! I could go on but that's it.

Krogers Pharmacy is the best pharmacy around. I have gotten medicines from there since they first opened. There are plenty of employees there, and you sometimes have to wait in line because of the volume of customers they have. They are doing something right. Look around at the other drug stores in the area. There are only 1 or 2 employees at each pharmacy. Krogers prices are good and they are extremely helpful!
