Kroger Pharmacy

Unfortunately, Kroger Pharmacy at Timberlake no longer has any professional standards. They hired a new female pharmacy tech who obviously feels entitled to be abusive (her attitude is far worse than disrespect or rudeness). When I went to pick up a prescription, she was extremely aggressive and she obviously thought she was being normal. In other words, being rude, disrespectful, abusive, aggressive is her normal state. The pharmacist on duty was aware of the situation and never looked up--he never tried to do anything to make the situation better. Apparently, he also thought it was normal behavior for a Kroger employee to attack a customer who had been going there for many years. I filed a complaint and Kroger management did not even respond. This says a lot about Kroger management. This

Kroger pharmacy Timberlake has a great friendly, very helpful staff of knowledgeable professionals. Fast refills. What more could you ask for? Nothing!

Finally had to switch. Their service has been too consistently bad. Most recent experience was a nausea medicine I had prescribed at 11:30am. They told me at 1, that it wouldn't be ready till after 2. 4:45 it still wasn't ready and they Finally made it then. The past few times over the course of a year have been like this or worse. I figured most pharmacy stores are like this until my wife switched to CVS on Waterlick and she has had no issues and prompt service immediately after the doctor's appointment.
