Kroger Pharmacy

can't fill a whole prescription for months they've split up a prescription and not even my doctor can make sense of why or what they're doing. The say its a insurance billing thing, then say it's because it's not properly logged as out of stock in their inventory within the same day. They don't fill prescription at all most of the time.

I came in after my doctor called my prescription in they said I’ll have it ready in a hour come back in a hour and still not ready told them I’ll be in tomorrow I came back still not ready. Now I’m sitting here again a hour so far still not complete. This pharmacy I have been using for 3 years and still I try to be decent. But this is the worse pharmacy I have ever went too if I was you don’t come here at all

Never answer their phones. People need to know status of prescriptions and your website isn't user friendly until it is i refuse to use it.

They actually volunteered to call my doctor and my insurance company for me to get the correct paperwork when the initial prescription was not covered by my insurance, followed through and did it on the first business day after talking to me, filled my prescription, then called me to personally let me know. They are fast and fill your prescription as soon as your doctor sends it. They are generally cheaper on similar drugs than equivalent pharmacies like Walgreens. They give vaccines quickly. They are open when they say they will be and it’s easy to get what you need. They always have staff and never have long lines of people waiting.

The pharmacy has children working back there that lack empathy and professionalism. For example there are 2 very immature guys that work there that lack kindness and act like they are bothered by us who are keeping their jobs relevant instead of treating us like human beings with illnesses who need our medicine, in some cases right away. I mean these "kids" so to speak are part of the recovery process for a lot of ill individuals ranging from people that are dealing with cancer, car accidents, dementia, fresh out of hospitals from car accidents to transplants to schizophenia to depression to having sick children that may not have long to live. So the last thing we should have to deal with is some one treating us awful when we are just trying to pick up our medicines and go home, but no. At
