Kroger Pharmacy

Had my prescriptions moved here when Rite Aid closed. They are rude, short, and just plain nasty half of the time. Act like they are your only choice here in hillsboro. I will be changing pharmacies tomorrow

1 star because NO star isn't an option. HORRIBLE pharmacy. The young blonde with short hair needs fired. Would not give my medication out to me even though it was due to be refilled today. Instead told me tomorrow after I drove 40 min to pick up. I was told at 142pm today when I called that it would be ready within an hr. I wait a few hrs to go, because they're always slow, then get told what I said above.. that I couldn't get it until tomorrow. & I know for a fact I could've picked it up, I do any other month on the day I run out, it's just what she wanted to do. PERIOD. & This is the 2nd time she has done this to me. Switching pharmacies is in my near future. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I gave 2 stars to give the benefit of the doubt. I hope she was just having a bad day but the lady working was absolutely terrible. It wasnt just to me but to other customers too. If you are miserable, PLEASE find a new job.

My experience with thus pharmacy was terrible! Very unfriendly people. Waited days to get a prescription and still had to go back again because they couldn't get the information they needed. Never again! I will find another pharmacy.

The pharmacy will not answer the phone, so you use the automated system to confirm that your prescription is ready. We confirmed through the automated system that the prescription would be ready at 1:45 pm, I got in line at the pharmacy drive-thru at 5:00 pm, waited in line nearly 40 minutes, finally get to the window and the person tells me it's still going to be another half hour! When I questioned her she was very rude and only told me that others waited longer and stuff happens! We are moving our prescriptions elsewhere and I recommend anyone that values their time to follow suit, they don't care about wasting your time.
