Dr.Ropar listened to my concerns, and explained everything so I could understand. Very nice and professional. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with and they helped me with the crazy insurance process. Best Eye Doctor I have seen in Hillsboro.

The doc is very good with children. My daughters first time to an optometrist I was very scared and nervous. He reassured her that everything would be fine and made her as comfortable as possible. It went very well. I would recommend

The Front desk lady was not helpful or even seem empathetic when it came time to replace my son's frames for a second time. 2 sets of frames break in the same place and they won't replace. The staff admitted that there have been several issues with these frames breaking. (Where color changes from black to clear) Their solution is to use the current insurance benefits for this year even though it not even been 6 months instead of them replacing the frames. I will add Dr. Ropar himself was nice and pleasant at the time of exams but the customer service side of the business will keep us away.

I won't go anywhere else but here. Dr. Ropar is so very nice. I just wish they had a bigger selection of frames for people on Medicaid. I have to say that 2 of the front desk ladies are not very friendly.

Absolute rudest front desk lady I have ever met. Doctor is amazing but she needs a different profession.
