Kroger Pharmacy

If I could give them zero stars I would. My mom was transferred here from Rite Aide and it’s been horrible, the worst pharmacy ever. Every time I go to get my moms medication they say she doesn’t have insurance ( which she does) we got it straight, or so we thought, go back again, same thing. I asked them to make sure they have all her information in the computer so we don’t have to go through this again…it happened several more times. The medication takes forever to get filled, either they don’t have it or it just takes forever. We always refill in more than enough days before she runs out and they always make her run out. Saturday, pharmacy drive thru is supposed to be open till 6:00pm, I pulled up the blind was down and sign said closed, so I parked there at the drive thru and called, it is now 5:40pm, the person answering the phone said drive thru is open now but closes at 6:00. I asked again how late is the drive thru open, today, Saturday and again she said till 6:00, so I asked is it open now, reply, yes, I said that’s interesting cause I’m parked right outside the drive thru window now, now reply, click ! Not a good way to earn patients trust if you LIE !

Impossible to get in touch with this pharmacy over the phone. First time calling they literally picked and hung up immediately. Second time they put me on hold for a while then just made it run to voicemail during business hours. Not a good look and will not be filling future prescriptions with this pharmacy.

Not impressed with the Hampton Kroger pharmacy since my prescriptions were transferred from Rite Aid. The first one called in directly from my doctor was wrong when they first filled it. Today I had to call about a prescription that I should have received a text notification for, only to speak to a rude woman who hung up before I could finish asking the questions I had about the refill that was actually ready, but that I wasn't notified about. Nor was it listed on the app under My Prescriptions (therefore I can't pay for it online, which I prefer to do.) I'd give them 1 star, but at least the person at the drive through was friendly and not rude when I picked up my previous prescription a couple of weeks ago.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I have medication that I have to take every single day and since they bought out Rite Aid without checking to see if all insurance plans carryover or is accepted now I’m unable to get my medication due to their error, this is the stupidest thing I’ve ever experience in my life! Shame on you Kroger! Your CEO and whoever makes these decisions are stupid and should be FIRED!
