Kroger Pharmacy

I wish I could rate the pharmacy a 0 because Ms. Annabel Reyna decides to stock during while it was me and the lady behind me. That is very professional. I work in customer service you serve the customer first then you go back to stocking. Come on guys my mom comes here all the time to get her medicine.

The Pharmacist Kaleel is awesome. Members of the staff have no business being front of other people much less filling prescriptions. Total disrespect and rudeness.

About a week ago, I asked a pharmacist at the drop-off window if they had a certain medication in stock. The person wrote down the name and dose of it, checked on the computer, and told me they had it. I told them I would have my doctor sent in the prescription and waited for a notification to come pick it up. When I come in today, they told me they were out of stock and the prescription was on back-order. The pharmacists recommended I check other stores to see if they had it in stock, which infuriated me, since that is exactly what I did when I come here last week! Lost me as a future customer!

There are really nice people rhat works in the pharmacy at Kroger on 303. Update: I have had a fender bender accident twice in the parking lot of this location. If GPD wants to meet a quote. They can serve the city in this parking lot.

I dont care about what employee got fired or which one is raunchy. If you need to take time to put your nails on, maybe you shouldn't wear them....all that matters to me is giving me my meds in the time given when I dropped them off. The other gossip can take place on your time! This was my first visit because you all were cheaper, now I know why...
