Kroger Pharmacy

The absolute best pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacy Technician, Mattie, was phenomenal and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend using this pharmacy for all prescription needs. And Mattie deserves a raise.

They filled the wrong milligram of my medicine, and Peyton left me on the phone until the system timed out and turned off due to closing time. He kept sending me to a blank line. Instead of actually asking for my prescription number or anything he just yelled at me over the phone to call my Dr. I've never had a problem with this pharmacy when it comes to customer service, however this is the second time they have messed up my prescription at this location. Everyone else is extremely nice and helpful, even when mistakes are made.

A couple of kind people,but the majority act as if my business is just an annoyance. I have driven there multiple times to pick up a rx that I had been told was ready,only to find it was not ready. Never an apology or even an offer to expedite my order. A disgraceful example of Healthcare. Corporate Kroger should get involved and overhaul this pharmacy.

This has to be the worst pharmacy period. My wife had surgery and I was told her pain prescription would be ready by 3:30. It’s now 4:45 and they are still working on filling. This is not the first time they have not met a commitment. I will be transferring all meds to new place immediately. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrendously long wait times. Doesn't matter if you go to the drive thru or go inside to stand in line. Expect to have to wait for extended amounts of time, 45 minutes minimum. I've had several occasions where I filled my order online, got a text that the meds were ready to be picked up, and then when I went to get them, the order was not ready. The staff is nice, but they definitely need more people.
