Kroger Pharmacy

Nearly every experience I've had at this pharmacy has been a nightmare. The day time staff is rude and refuses to be helpful. I fill a prescription here for my dog that has seizures. The pharmacist has messed up the order several times. They say the script is wrong. They say they never got it. They say it was for the wrong thing. They cancel the prescription. They fail to check if it's in stock when telling me it will be ready. They walk away when you're speaking to them. They hang up on you. They roll their eyes. They refuse to help. I don't understand what's so complicated about decent customer service and communication. I recommend you go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a person.

Always takes at least 3 hrs to fill script. Drive thru is to many steps. Just gve me my scripts.

Pretty quick, depends on staff but most of them are kind and caring. All together it's a pretty good pharmacy.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Like the gas rewards
