Kroger Pharmacy

I see all the negative reviews and I’ve never had a bad experience. They are at times very busy and that’s just part of it especially when there is an influx of people and children being sick. I’m a cancer patient and at times I had to wait in line for longer than usual but it’s fine. You just have to have patience and understand that they’re only human and want to be accurate with your medication. I’ve used them ever since Kroger was built.

Three times this year I requested the pharmacist to correct my prescription from 90 days to 30 days per my doctor's original prescription and 3 times I asked them to update their computers accordingly. And 3 times they did not. One time, I got the medication in the brand box. They didn't even count them out and put them in a regular medicine bottle. OMG The flat out ignoring of a customer's and physician request is outrageous. When they rotate with non-regular pharmacists we get younger staff who prefer to chit chat with each without paying attention to instructions in their computer note section. And if you try to talk to them, they snap at you so all you can do is take your medication and leave. So incredibly unprofessional.

I'm surprised at all the negative comments. I've never had a problem that could not be fixed immediately. The staff is very friendly except for one particular cashier and i ignore her for not being raised properly. Otherwise, I'm happy with this pharmacy.

Great experience so far. Seems like the poor reviews are from people who think they are more important or their medical issues are worse than everyone else. I’ve filled many prescriptions with very short wait times. EDIT: Forget what I said the first time. Service has gone downhill quick.
