Kroger Pharmacy

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This pharmacy is by far the most unprofessional, incredibly slow and rude! It takes them days to fill a script. They never answer the phone. They refuse to inform you of wait/pickup time. They have missed prescriptions before (only filling certain scripts, when multiple are sent) which causes extreme confusion. The staff, especially Manny is reuse and unprofessional with guests. This is not a one time experience unfortunately, it is on a regular basis. I would never deal with this pharmacy ever again. Kroger should be ashamed to conduct such a poor pharmacy.

THERE isn't a lot of good to say about this pharmacy. The wait time is ridiculous. Whether by phone or in person. Please, do not get mad at the customer. Do YOUR JOB!!!! You wait DAYS for your prescription. They send you a notification to confirm your prescription that the Doctor called in, only to tell you wait again. Another notification, to tell you its ready and when you get there it isn't. This is what mail order Pharmacy's love. Fix this Kroger. I would rather PAY out of pocket than to continue to deal with this Pharmacy.

Each and every time I went I waited over an hour and a half for my prescription to be filled! They have no since of urgency and are nonchalant about the customers frustrations. Medication is not something you take lightly, and it should be handled with diligence, concern and delivered promptly; some of these people are sick and contagious waiting hours amongst other people for their prescriptions - that's not good for anyone... not the Kroger employees, the pharmacists, or customers! I've approached the desk and asked a question and he pharmacist walked away! I've been told that my prescription wasn't ready after if was ready for pick up 25 mins prior. And the employees gossip and talk way too much, they do more talking than filling prescriptions. My experiences here have been very unplea

Lana and her employees are very rude. They were in there talking about everything except there job. Every single time i come here they can NEVER fond our info so i have to resubmit every single time. Not to mention i sat there over an hour WHEN THERE WAS ZERO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I finally walked to the counter and ask what they delay was and the rudest worker (did not get her name) couldn’tfind his info that fast!!!! I just gave it to them when i first checked in. So then she finally found it started slamming pill bottles around told me to sign and tossed his meds to me. No one asked if i needed someone to go over the medication with me or anything she just tossed it and said nothing else! This is not the first experience i have had at this facility. Hands down this is the worst pharmacy ever

They are slow, no communication concerning if your prescriptions are ready or if they even have them. My Aunt was discharged from the hospital and she had to wait for the truck two days, did not call to say it did not come. I called & asked if they could see if the Kroger on Hwy 5 had it in stock & yes it was there. This Kroger pharmacy was my favorite, they still have a few individuals who are from good days & I thank God for them.
