Kroger Pharmacy

I got the best experience with the pharmacy. The pharmacist was so helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she was amazing. So empathetic to our situation. She guided me on next steps when there was a mixup on our order. I truly believed the Lord had sent me an angel. People like this need to be in the position that they are in because it was a heaven sent.

I got my prescription filled here 9 times. My doctor called my refill in like always and one of the techs said they couldn't fill it because it was an out of town prescription. I'm originally from Houston and I drive to my appointments there every month to see my doctor and he calls in my prescription to Desoto because that's where I live now. So I'm confused how my prescription was accidentally filled 9 times. I feel that was so wrong to fill my prescription so many times and out of nowhere you tell me you can't do it anymore because this medication means life or death for me. Kroger please do better when it comes to patients because it seems all the pharmacy techs make their own rules when they fill like it...the major problem is that you have pharmacy technicians trying to be the physic

Took my two teens here for a COVID Vaccine. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming, but I found that you are not allowed to ask questions to Paige the pharmacy technician (assistant manager). Since I used the government issued website to find a vaccine location that was not so formal looking like where I received my vaccine, I was under the impression free meant free as mine and several other family members. When I arrived I was asked to present my insurance card. I asked what was the charge for and the lady who was checking us in didn’t exactly know. I asked for some documentation of the charge because there are certain things everyone should know when using insurance including who’s in and out of network. I simply needed to know if this was still a good fit or if I needed to choose

This pharmacy is very unprofessional. The employees on the phone are very rude and no one seems to communicate with each other. I have been waiting 2 days for a cough syrup to be filled. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you are looking for a pharmacy don't waste your time with Kroger. They obviously don't want the business or care about their customers. Why else would they let someone suffer without their medications for 2 days without any communication? The answer: they don't give a damn about their customers.

The absolute worst experience of my life. I would give them 0 stars if I could. This pharmacy needs to be shut down. You call your medicine in and it’s never ready. I thought maybe the first time was a mistake but it’s happened multiple times now. I’ll be switching pharmacy locations and suggest you do the same. It will save you a huge headache in the long run.
