Kroger Pharmacy

Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9am on Saturday per their page. I sat waiting in the line and the window never opened. Called and the girl told me it opens at 9:15 I said oh I’m at the window since 9am since the website said 9 but ok I will wait. Now it’s 9:19 still closed. I took the video and she opened the window and told me to hold on. It’s 9:24 now. Crazy. I just want my medicine and my left ankle is twisted so I can’t go inside. Spoke with the pharmacist who claims they had a long line inside ( by the way not a soul was in line when I checked) but every pharmacy does and you go between them both. What I do know is I just waited 24 minutes because you chose your own schedule to open your drive thru. Very unprofessional and not very good customer service at all. Respect my time as we

Been going here for 4 years and its been just ok this last go round TERRIBLE and will NOT be returning! I've attempted 3 times to get this medicine. 1st time...they were doing work on the light in the drive thru...2nd time was just closed though it was normal business hours...3rd and final time....hours say 8-8 I waited until 805 and its still closed I call she says 815 I ask why the sign doesnt say that she says "its just 10 more minutes" I explain I have a sprained ankle and a newborn in the back I cant wait 10 more minutes. No apology no nothing. Called to speak to a supervisor...no apology or nothing. Explained they need to update their sign will be transferring my prescriptions

It would be great if they would read and listen to instructions, instead of repeating the same mistake over & over again. They should also take responsibility for their screw up instead of making bs excuses and then giving an attitude as if there is something wrong with you for pointing out their screwups.

This Kroger Pharmacy (Dallas Commons) is the worst - needed a ZERO star here. My son's life partner has had some major medical issues in the last year or so, as well as other issues. The pharmacist has been rude the last 2 times she has taken her prescriptions there. Today he just told her that he wouldn't fill her prescriptions at all - stating that HE felt there were inconsistencies in dosages and quantities. I called to verify this and he stated it was at his discretion. I asked him where he received his medical degree from and do his residency. Of course, no answer for that - oh right - he's not a doctor! And in my opinion not much of a pharmacist. He embarrassed her and basically questioned her integrity, as well as that of her doctor, her NP and the counselors that coordinate her ca

The staff tries their best. I think it’s important to realize insurance and doctors offices have a big impact on what the pharmacy can do and how quickly they can do it. Staff is usually kind. They don’t hesitate to let you know why something different might be happening that day (Different drive thru hours, a longer line inside, longer wait time for prescriptions) in the pharmacy with limited staff. Thanks to this location and the staff that’s stayed around to make sure we get our medication. I know they try their best.
