Customer Reviews
I would rate 0 stars if possible. I’m not sure if they train their employees how to use the phone correctly or if they’re trained to ignore phone calls or place customers on hold and forget about them. This has been my experience for months but most recently I’ve been blatantly ignored. Even after getting the manager involved I still never spoke to anyone in the pharmacy. Seriously?! Where has proper customer service went?
Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. Pharmacist wouldn’t release my prescription to me because I had asked her to wait through the outdoor speaker while I called my doctor to ask them something they (the pharmacy) wanted me to ask regarding my refill. She took that as yelling and swearing, then refused to fill my essential prescription, right before I leave for a weeklong trip. I had to get the police involved! She wouldn’t even talk to them! Insane behavior from a “professional.” This is after another instance I had where they wouldn’t accept my unexpired passport as a form of identification. Go elsewhere.
Yes, people are right. Listen to the negative reviews. I'm not going to rant and rave. I just switched pharmacies.
Pharmacy techs are big babies. Was told a prescription would be ready today and it wasn't so since I was arguing and supposedly cussed they refuse to fill my wife's blood pressure meds which she is completely out of. Would not get stuff filled at kroger pharmacy.
Pharmacy workers are terrible and not helpful. Go elsewhere Kroger might as well automate that area too and get rid of those awful Employees
