Kroger Pharmacy

I was desperately in need of my medicine today and was rushing to make it before the pharmacy closed at 8pm. The pharmacist (Sima) literally told me that he would NOT stay 1 MINUTE extra to help after I explained my need for the medication. LUCKY, I showed up 5 minutes before close. However, I hope Kroger management sees this and address it.

I will never use this pharmacy again. I’m getting older and now have quite a litany of prescriptions. This means I pay thousands of dollars for prescription medication every year. The people who work behind the counter are rude and could care less about their customers. They let essential monthly prescriptions go 2, 3 and even 4 days before ordering the meds and then say something like it might be here within the next few days. I’m am done! And for the record, the tech named Sarah is horrendously terrible and has no customer service skills whatsoever. She should not work directly with the public in any position.

I always feel treated like family by everyone at the pharmacy. They recognize me and are genuine and positive in every interaction. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I'm out of town and had the worst experience. There was a very rude employee that answered the phone. She asked my information 3 times. Then informs me if I didn't live here I couldn't get my prescription. She then leaves me on hold for 30 minutes. Then the customer service had to transfer me back to the pharmacy. Another lady gets on the phone telling me it's going to be 3 days. If this is the service they give its terrible.

I’ve never been to a pharmacy that had such awful customer service and the SLOWEST drive thru. They actually let people wait at the window for 15 minutes for their prescription instead of having them loop around while the rest of us wait. And to top it off, no customer service etiquette on the phone when trying to talk to someone about prescriptions being ready, being told it would be ready in 15 minutes, going back 45 minutes later and still wasn’t ready. And the girl I talked to was irritated on the phone that I had the audacity to call and check on it.
