Want to shout out a big thank you to Jennifer who honored my coupon which no other store employee would! She was in produce doing quality control and I asked her and another big Kroger manager if they would take my coupon. They both said yes, tell them Jennifer said yes. THIS is an example of those at the top doing business the old school way. Thank you to both these managers... They care about more than the bottom line( profits). They cared i could save .55 cents and that means a lot.

2/14 Valerie accused me of stealing a bag of ice & sent the police outside to my car to view my receipt. When I went back inside, she never apologized for it. Called corporate, nothing has been done about it except a half apology from the assistant manager, asking me to give them another chance. I’ve only visited since for emergency items but now other employees do not assist at all, instead just give dirty looks. This morning me & mother were completely ignored by another lady who was working self checkout this morning.

Shea at Kroger Fuel Station Is a Literal Life Saver I have to give the biggest shout-out to Shea at the Kroger fuel station — she genuinely saved my day and possibly my life. I’ve never met someone so kind, so patient, and so truly dedicated to helping people. Shea went above and beyond in a moment when I really needed support, and she handled everything with calm, compassion, and absolute professionalism. You don’t meet employees like her every day. She didn’t just do her job — she cared. She made me feel safe, helped me through a stressful situation, and treated me with a level of kindness you can’t fake. Kroger is incredibly lucky to have someone like her representing them. If every store had a Shea, the world would run a whole lot smoother. She’s phenomenal. 💙

This is by far one of the worst Kroger locations I’ve experienced, especially when it comes to online pickup orders. The whole purpose of placing an online order is convenience, but that convenience is completely lost here. On multiple occasions at least three times now, including once during the holidays and again today I’ve been told that items in my order were “out of stock.” However, when I later went into the store myself, I found the exact items on the shelves. That tells me the shoppers are not taking the time to properly look for items, which is extremely frustrating. It’s a major inconvenience when you rely on a service and the people responsible for fulfilling it don’t seem to put in the effort to do it correctly. When I walk into the store I get a little depressed. The store is dirty, floors are not washed or swept, the walls and ceiling tiles are dingy, it is poorly lighted. The other north side Krogers are much nicer, but farther away.
