Dr Creadore is amazing. Pleasant conversation and gave a ton of insight about what was going on with my eyes. Very professional and informative. It was my first time seeing her but she will be whom I continue to go for my vision.

I went to the Tribeca location several months ago for an annual check up to get my prescription renewed. I received the wrong prescription for my contact lenses, which I realized after getting home. When I asked to get a fixed prescription, showing my old one as proof that the new one was too weak, I was told I would have to come back in but couldn't make an appointment for another month. That wasn't an option because I was on my last pair of contacts and needed to order more. The solution they offered was that I buy a trial box of contacts (knowing I have the wrong prescription), which costs around $200 for the smallest box. Kristina herself was fine but the hospital she works in is like something out of kafka. Lot's of bureaucracy and unspoken expectations: * The directions to the specific floor given to me were incorrect so I had to google them * They were running 40 minutes behind but I still had to get there 20 minutes before my appointment * I got asked for ID+insurance 4 times and spent the afternoon being shuffled into different waiting rooms. Understandably, tensions were pretty high amongst the other patients. I felt really bad for them. You really do not want to go here and you probably have other options if you look on ZocDoc. I wish I'd done more research.

Kristina is the best very thorough And consistent with her testing and evaluating. She gives you comfort by explaining what each procedure she is doing, which has a common effect on a patient.

My experience was very good. The doctor was Was very competent. She also explained everything in detail and gave me all my options. Great, great bedside manner.
