After many years without visiting a dentist, I was feeling extremely anxious and nervous. However, all of that disappeared as soon as I walked into the office and was warmly welcomed by everyone, from the receptionist to Dr. Kotch himself. They made me feel calm and secure throughout the entire process, and they explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I am truly grateful for the excellent service I received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in a wonderful and welcoming environment.

When you visit Ira and Russell Kotch, they don’t treat you like no patient. They treat you like family first doctors office that I can truthfully say I love. I’m so glad that I chose Dr. Kotch Office painless procedures. They try to get it as accurate as possible with any procedure that they’re doing, The dental assistance and the technicians they’re very persistent. They make sure that everything is done accurately they don’t have step they take their time. They study Every patient that comes into the office. the staff is friendly. Dr Kotch did a fantastic job today with an Icon on my top teeth. The teeth look completely amazing. He explained the entirely process thoroughly, and did it quickly and thoroughly. The technician was also extremely friendly. They know what they are doing there. Highly recommend!!!

It immediately made me feel valued as a patient. The dental professional who carried out my treatment (I believe her name was Myeisha) was absolutely amazing — kind, personable, and so attentive. I have been going to Kotch dental for over 10 years and I have not one negative comment to say about the hygienists nor Dr Kotch. They’re all wonderful staff from the front desk to the doctors and the hygienists. I highly recommend this office and I could not see myself going to any other office unless I had to leave the area. They are the only people I trust with my teeth. I love Dr. Kotch and his son is also a great dentist following his footsteps. Thank you.
