Called ahead to be sure service I requested could be provided. They said yes. Put that in the notes for appointment. Drove 45 minutes to appointment. Waited 20 minutes to be seen after appt time. NP came in room and said they do not provide service. Could give referral for appt. I left. I called to be sure that insurance not be billed and that I was upset. A rude woman said insurance would be billed and I could contact customer service when it was open in two days. What do they call it when they bill when no service is provided? Buyer beware of Kootenai Urgent Care!! It's a week later. They made a mistake, and responded to this review by giving me a phone number to call about their mistake. Sounded like an AI response. Now, it is up to me to contact them, spend my time and energy to point

I would have put zero given the chance. I was in this urgent care on the 8th of November and was told that they could not help me to go to the ER. I paid my copay and asked for a refund. I was told refund takes 10 business days I called on the 9th business day and was told the visit was pending insurance! They billed my insurance for taking vitals and sending me to the ER! Needless to say still no refund. I will tell anyone and everyone I come in contact with to avoid this facility! Go to Northwest Urgent Care!

I have been to this office many times and have had great experiences. However tonight I’m very disappointed. I felt something pop in my foot while at work and I let onto go to urgent care. I walked in at 7:52 ( they close at 8. I know it is late but I’m hurting.) immediately the nurse behind the window looked annoyed. She called what was bringing me in and I told her. She said “well do you think you can wait until tomorrow?” Sure I just hobbled in here because I’m in pain, but I’ll make an appointment for the morning. I know it’s almost closing time but your hours are clearly posted as open til 8pm and I came in because I’m in pain and it is effecting my ability to walk. I have never felt so dismissed. Won’t be going back to this location and will stick with northwest urgent care moving fo

Overall, ok. Intake was fine, the ultimate caregiver was very nice with good bedside sympathy. The intake nurse was a little ice cold to our young child who was very sick.

Tonight, our 8-year-old daughter was injured at cheer. She was in excruciating pain—crying, unable to walk—and I carried her into urgent care in my arms. We arrived at 7:34pm, well before their posted closing time of 8:00pm. Instead of compassion, we were met by an RN with a black eye who flatly told us they were no longer seeing patients. No empathy. No effort. No bedside manner. Just rejection. To turn away a child in obvious pain with zero care or humanity is unconscionable. This is not the standard of care any parent should have to experience. It was egregious, heartless, and unacceptable from a medical professional. If you’re reading the one-star reviews, believe them—they are well earned. We will be escalating this through every possible channel. Families deserve better than this.
