I recently had an unexpected stay The nursing staff were excellent, absolutely fantastic. I felt extremely well taken care of. They were professional, and passionate about their job. A few of them went above and beyond to make sure thatnot only myself but my wife were as alright as we could be as we went through a traumatic time. The people that transported me from appointment to appointment were great. The cleaning staff were also spectacular a few of them went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to go to a hospital. Was also able to connect my xbox to the TV in the room.

I had a great experience. I arrived with severe high blood pressure. (238/124). Had to be kept overnight to control it. Everyone; from the doctors, nurses, and the personnel who cart you around to get imaging and test done; were all great. I was very impressed and told all my family and friends how well I was treated. Thank you so much Kootenai Health.

Love the Cafeteria here! Such great food. Not only the food, but the Service is beyond words! Naomi is awesome to say the least She always has a smile on her face and makes my food, especially omelets PERFECT! ALL THE STAFF HERE are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This office is fantastic. The staff are efficient and helpful. The nurses are very nice and knowledgeable. They are very good with time management where you don't wait for a long time, they don't rush and your visit is pleasant. Lastly, Dr. McNamara is amazing. She truly cares and gets to know her patients. She is kind, caring, thorough and has what we call, good bedside manners. I can't compliment this office enough!

Waited about 3 hours for a doctor to come in, poke at my thumb for about 2 minutes, shrug her shoulders and give me a referral to a hand surgeon. OK cool there's nothing you can do fair enough. 2 stars is the fact they billed me $230 for literally like 2 minutes of the doctor's time. Everyone was nice and friendly though no complaints about the staff, otherwise it would be 0 stars.
