I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease. My cleaning was thorough and gentle, and everything was explained clearly along the way. It was obvious that the staff are very knowledgeable and take pride in what they do. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran smoothly from start to finish. I truly appreciate the care, attention, and positive attitude of everyone there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental team.

The dental office was calm, smelled good, and gave a peaceful feeling. The front desk attendants were nice, understanding, and quick to help. When it came to the dental appointment I got constant reassurance, plenty of kind words spoken to me, there was constant communication of what was being done to my teeth along with ensuring my comfort during the appointment. In an overall it was top tier and I can not wait my following appointments.

I visited Kootenai Dental Group yesterday for the first time. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly, thorough, and efficient. They took x-rays, looked at them very thoroughly, and cleaned my teeth. No complaints whatsoever. I already have an appointment for another cleaning in 6 months.

I have been to number of dentists over the years, some places have been good, others not so much. Kootenai Dental Group stands out as THE BEST dentist office I have ever been to. They are so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience at Kootenai Dental Group. If you have not found a dentist of your own, I highly recommend coming here!

I absolutely love, love, LOVE Kootenai Dental Group! All of them!! From the front desk gals, to the hygienist to the sweet, wonderful, kind and caring Dr. D!!!! I'm a big ole baby when it comes to going to the dentist! I needed Valium just to get my teeth cleaned, but not with the crew at Kootenai Dental!! And, when Dr. D had to do some work on my teeth, it was done with so much care, compassion and perfection!! First time i ever received an injection AND didn't feel a thing!!! TRUTH!! Did not feel the shot!!! Dr. D's chair side manner is just the best of the best!! Want a good dentist, pick any of them out there. Want the MOST EXCELLENT dentist and Crew, go to Kootenai Dental Group!!! Plus, they have the best lip balm they freely give out to patients!!!
