Kootenai Clinic Family Medicine - Post Falls

My experience was wonderful. The clinic is professional in everyway. The staff are friendly, efficient and capable. They communicate with you extensively before your appointment so there is no wait. Dr. Cox is my primary, she is understanding, personable, knowledgeable & easy to talk to. My labs got done downstairs- was all done in 1 day. The lab staff was great too. Easy and quick for my annual ck up.

Good experience. Did not wait long at all, less than 5 minutes. Nurse was nice and asked good questions, showed genuine interest in me. Dr Kersch was current on my chart and gave helpful advice.

We just moved to Northern Idaho and needed a new Primary Doctor. My husband and I had our Medicare preventative appointments with Dr. Glenn. He took the necessary time to get to know us and our medical histories. A shout out to Lindsey, his medical assistant. She is kind, attentive and thorough. We are confident we have made a smart choice!

My experiences with Dr. Taylor Wilkinson has been five stars from the start. I feel blessed I found her. This past appointment was great but the check in nurse scolded me for being three minutes late and stated the doctor might not be able to get to all of my questions. I pushed back and told her I can reschedule. That part of the process set the tone of the nurse's people skills. Dr Wilkinson did answer all my questions.

Dr. Taylor Wilkinson is one of the best doctors I’ve had. Very thorough, great follow up and great communication. Office staff is pleasant and efficient, someone answers my questions on ‘my chart’ the same day. Very pleased.
