Kootenai Clinic Family Medicine - Hayden

I had my regular scheduled appointment with Dr. Linford at the Hayden office last week. As usual they were on time and I didn’t have to wait very long to be greeted by Ann and checked for my vitals. Nurse Ann is always a pleasure and welcoming for what can sometimes be a nervous period for me. Once she was finished, Dr Linford entered and started his examination stopping to hear how I felt and offering his medical advice. Finishing up I had my normal blood draw and tests to complete my appointment. I am very grateful to have the staff at the Hayden Family Medicine Office provide my “one-stop” medical needs.

Everyone at Kootenai Clinic is so kind and welcoming! I always get the best care from my Dr and his nurse. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to be treated with professionalism and knowledge and always a friendly attitude.

Dr. Linford and all the staff at the Kootenai Clinic are wonderful! Upon arrival the front desk staff is friendly and greets you promptly. The waiting room wait is also short. Today I had nurse Ann. She was so kind and outgoing! She makes you feel right at ease. Dr. Linford has a great bedside manner. He takes his time going over and explaining things. I went in with a few questions and he answered each one. He really takes the time to listen to what your concerns are. I am so grateful for the excellent care they provide. i highly recommend them!

The staff are amazing, Lynette, & Ann are all welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Linford always listens carefully and gives great feedback and is knowledgeable in my diabetic and health issues. I would recommend this clinic and it’s great staff to anyone gladly.

Everyone is always very friendly and efficient. Ann always meets me with a smile and asking how I am. She always asks if there is anything new and listens very well when I tell her why I am there. Dr. Linford has been essential in getting my health on the right track. He always listens to me and shoots it to me straight. I am very happy I found them for my PCP.
