Kool Koala Pediatric And Adolescent Dentistry

Our little one now 7 has been going here since she was 2. She LOVES it there and even says she wants to go . The staff is caring , knowledgeable and professional. The only drawback is it’s not easy to get an appointment. We had to cancel due to death in family and there is a 6 month wait in the Collingswood office. ☹️

I am new to New Jersey and this was my first time taking my granddaughter to the dentist in new jersey my experience was amazing the staff is very friendly and they love what they do my kind of place. The Dentist he was so good with my baby and he was so sweet to her. My granddaughter is very busy and when I say they talk to her and played with her to make her comfortable it worked. I’m now going to start taking my son there. This is a great place to take your children for care. All the staff get 5 stars from me. Nice work and fast. Keep up the good work yall work so good together

Very disappointed. I understand you have a grace period of 15min, I felt like a little empathy upon my lateness wouldn’t be so bad. I drive an hour away, my kids been coming here since Covid, we love your service, never had problems before. But today they refuse my nephews service because I was late, ok, Under the circumstances I took an uber there for a 1hr ride in this icy weather condition due to the snowstorm. My nephew missed school and didn’t eat for 3 hours for the procedure he needed done. A whiny hungry child at that, and upset he missed school. Where is the empathy here? I’ve called ahead of time, and when I got there I signed in, and yet she didn’t say nothing, we sat down, and 20mins later she tells us he can’t be seen. I’m appalled, upset. And I will not be coming back!

We’ve been coming to this office for a few years now and always had such a good experience here. The staff is warm, patient, and genuinely great at helping kids feel comfortable, even when they’re nervous. They explain everything in a calm, friendly way so the kids know what’s going on, and the whole office has a welcoming vibe. The pediatric dentist is amazing with children—super gentle, attentive, and makes the visit feel way less stressful. You can tell he really cares about his patients, and it makes all the difference. Definitely recommend!

I've been bringing my children here for about 7 years and have always had a pleasant experience. They love the murals in the waiting room all the fun colors and characters around the office. I am thankful for the kind and accommodating staff and my kids feel very comfortable with Dr.Kyle. If you're looking for a pediatric dentist, definitely give Kool Koala a try!
