Andrew P. Lisko DMD

Dr. Lisko is a tremendous dentist. I have a history of traumatic dental experiences, as well as many “meh” ones. I have never felt as well cared for as I do with Dr. Lisko. His reassuring, kind manner and his thorough and skillful dentistry are as good as it gets.

I was referred by a friend. The staff are great and very attuned to patient schedules. Dr. Lisko is a great practitioner. Really knows what he's doing and doesn't cut corners. Gives an honest, realistic assessment of work that needs to be done and will work with you to find a way to make it happen. When performing procedures, he has an expert touch and will periodically ask if you're doing ok. He has excellent technical ability which means that fillings are done correctly to accommodate for bite, dental implants are fit, inserted, and finished perfectly. Overall, an excellent dental office.

So the actual dental care is top notch. When I moved to NJ I saw Dr. Lisko from 2014 to 2019. After moving to a different town, the 30 min drive to Collingswood became too much so I switched to a dentist closer to my house. Said dentist had no openings for a cleaning, so I decided to check if Dr. Lisko had anything available, which he did. I went to see him for a cleaning. After looking in my mouth and saying it’s good, he said his office is unwilling to see me and that he will officially release me after today’s visit. He had the front desk get up the paperwork to release me- he made it very clear I am no longer welcome. It’s frustrates me that they willingly put me on the schedule to see him, only to have him dismiss me in that manner. This is a warning of sorts to current/future pati

I highly recommend Dr. Lisko. I am extremely anxious going to the dentist and both Dr. Lisko and the hygienist are gentle, patient, and kind and go out of their way to make patients at ease. He explains treatment plans and options thoroughly and the office staff helps with the insurance process and provides clear plans so you know what you’ll be paying out of pocket. This practice goes above and beyond and you get personal treatment.

Dr. Lisko and his staff are great . Also, the office is always clean but I feel even more important to say it now - above and beyond and following COVID rules and regulations - from the hand sanitizer to the individual rooms. I am out of network - but even with the changes - my insurance still covers preventative and some costs of the dental work (so call your company) . To me, it is worth it to pay the additional out of pocket for Dr. Lisko and his office ! And this review is after having two old fillings replaced today. That has to say something! Haha.
