Konikoff Dental Associates Harbour View

Been going to the dental clinic for the past year. Dr Sweeting is a really nice dentist, she will sell salt to a slug. I’ve had very instances of simple procedures it’s always something “extra added.” So I would most likely end up needing to reschedule my appointment and prepare for a much higher bill. Not to say it wasn’t needed, but just be prepared. Additionally, if you are someone who values your time this isn’t the place for you. I was scheduled for an appointment one day and AFTER I checked in they let me know Dr Sweeting was absent and I would need to reschedule. And I am still waiting on the manager to return my call concerning this matter til this day. Really good hygienists employed here, good dentist as well. Office employees and management sub-par at best, zombie like and unfriendly attitudes. Just going through the motions w/ no smile and no connection with the patient.

The office was amazing. The staff beyond helpful and kind. We had an amazing appointment. My daughter is scared of the dentist and Dr Griffith and Charley made her feel very comfortable. Charley is amazing with kids. Could not have asked for a better office and staff. Thank you Konikoff for another wonderful visit.

I had an amazing customer experience with Dr. Abbas and his team. Even though my primary doctor wasn’t available (she’s phenomenal as well), they treated me as if I were their own patient. I truly appreciated how well they worked together as a team. Everyone was professional, efficient, and effective. I had an emergency issue, and they were able to see me the same day. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved and I could get back to business.

Highly recommend. I’m always a little cautious of the “chain” (big name) offices. I always think I’ll get better care at a family owned office. This place definitely proved me wrong. I had to bring my 14 month old with me while she wasn’t feeling well. She screamed through my whole appointment (sorry to the other patients) and threw her snacks all over the floor. I’m on the ground, trying to clean up after her and then I knock the snacks out of my hand again. That was my final straw. Lol. The dental assistant (I think that’s who she was??) got down on the floor with me and helped me clean up and gave me a hug. Then went and got some toys for my baby to play with. Everyone was so nice and understanding when I was stressed and overwhelmed. Highly recommend. 10/10
