Dr. Knox gave me a very thorough hearing examination. I had been tested by an audiologist in another state previously and had not been given such a comprehensive examination. Dr. Knox discussed my results with clarity and even showed them in a colorful graph. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Knox.

I must say I had a horrible experience. The provider was very rude with no bed side manor. She didn’t introduce herself or even attempt to engage with me as a patient at all. I had a very cold and dry experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Knox. After a complete hearing test, my hearing aids were ordered and I have been very happy with them. A mont later I went back in to verify that everything was working properly and that I understood how to use the technology. I have, and will continue to recommend Dr Knox to friends and acquaintances.

Dr. Knox performed comprehensive hearing testing and shared the results and her recommendations to prevent any further damage to my hearing.
