Knoell Family Dentistry

My husband had to have a tooth pulled and. The staff and dentist were beyond caring and willing to squeeze him in last minute. My husband loved the Dr and services and even said that he's found his primary dentist as of then. So a huge ty from both of us and keep up the great work.

Great people but it is just too hard to get into them. I was going to be out of town for an appointment that had been scheduled 6 months before. I notified them a month ahead of time and asked to be put on the wait list. That was 3 months ago. I still haven't had my cleaning done. I should have just taken their next available. It would have been in another 3 months. Now, I expect they are still 6 months out. I'll have go find someplace else.

Our son (10) had a filling come out and was in a lot of pain that a previous dentist office had done. Called and office staff were very friendly and helpful. They made him an appointment. Arrived at appointment and was seen quickly. It was determined that being his permanent tooth was already coming in behind the one that was causing pain that we would just have it pulled. The dentist walked our son through everything he was doing and made him feel at ease. Once we left our son asked if he could come to Dr. Knoell’s office from now on. 100 satisfied.

Love, love, love! Very patient, gentle dentistry and cleaning! Only problem is they stay so busy!!! (Problem for us, not for them, of course.) Sometimes it is more than 6 months between cleanings. That being said, they are timely with their appointments and I never have to wait long.

Wonderful experience and amazing staff, you can't say that to often about having dental work done. But this place should be the model for all dental offices. My family looks forward to our visits no matter what it is for a simple cleaning or extractions. So happy we found this place few years ago after big box dental company messed us over ill leave it at that.
