Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Henderson - TN

My wife was pregnant and in pain so we came to fast pace to get a diagnosis. We tried to give the receptionist my wife's secondary insurance, the receptionist told us she'd put it in. We waited in the lobby for about 2 hours even though we were the only patients there. Once we were called back they checked my wife BP and we stated she was pregnant. The doctor told us to go to the jackson er as fastpace did not have the resources to help. We were then billed over $500 for this visit. The receptionist did not put in the insurance, we called to correct this. The receptionist again told us she will put in the insurance and contact the insurance company. We were billed over $500 again, the insurancewas not contacted or put in the system. We called again, same thing happened. I lost my daughter

I came into Fast Pace in a lot of pain. The receptionist quickly got me entered into the system. I did not want to go to the ER unnecessarily. My Dr. and nurse team evaluated my situation and advised me on the next steps to take for treatment. I am very thankful for their care.

Update.. Receptionist was rude, condescending and disrespectful. If it wasn't because I had to bring my granddaughter who had a fever and flu like symptom, I would have gone somewhere in Jackson. The nurses and doctors were amazing. But because of the receptionist, we will seek urgent care, elsewhere.

Went there for my semi-annual physical for CDL. Every single person on the staff including the doctor was very professional and courteous. It was quite cold when I was having to wait a few minutes. Probably a good idea to bring a light jacket or something to keep you warm while waiting. The facility was also clean and well maintained along with the parking lot included. Plenty of restaurants very close.

The wait was a little long but the staff were really good. Took the time to listen to my husband and get all the details of his injury. They sent us to their Jackson location for X-rays which was a little more of a wait but the doctor in Henderson got the results quickly and called us right away. Nothing broken, thank goodness!
