this review is not about Traci Hill, but about the billing office. Just wanted to share my recent experience with Traci Hill’s office. When I first questioned my bill, it was listed as 99214 – Established Patient Office Visit (30–39 minutes). I called to ask about it and was told they’d look into it and send a corrected bill if needed. A few weeks later, I called back and was told a new bill was being sent with code 99213 and modifier 95 (telehealth). When I asked why it was billed as a 20–30 minute telehealth visit when my call lasted 10 minutes or less, Sherry was polite but didn’t have an answer.
