Kelly delivered an outstanding one-on-one PMU brow session. I truly appreciate her time, expertise, and patience throughout the training. She did my eyebrows 5 years ago so her microblading lasts. Unfortunately for me, she gave me two very different eyebrows. I told her when she traced them out that they were crooked but she ignored me. As soon as I got home I texted her pics of my mismatched brows. She offered to fix them FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. I was taken aback that I'd have to pay for her to fix her mistake! It didn't even matter because she did them so badly they'd have to be 2 inches thick for them to match. I wrote this review in my frustration of trying to fix my crooked eyebrows for the 50,000x today. If I find pics I will SURELY add them to this review

Had such a fun time at my appointment with the one and only Kellie. I pay attention to detail and how a person makes me feel when Im coming for a service. From the way she greeted me, ( yall should see goodie bag!) untill I exited the door to leave...Clean, professional, on time, attentive, and the aestheticssssss…just call it girl heaven! Numbed me with a topical cream and i felt absolutely NOTHING!! Lash application never burned nor did I tear up! 10/10 highly recommended!

The location of this business was very easy to find, in a very clean safe area. The inside of the spa is beautiful and the owner who also performed my entire service was very comforting, professional and informative. She talked me through each step and made sure I was satisfied with everything before she made it permanent. My service was custom to my faces genetic symmetry using a precession placement technique. There was minimal pain using a very fine needle for the tattoo shading. I love my face it looks so natural and I’m saving a lot of time not having to put on make up everyday.
