Klar Holmes & Associates Orthodontics - Suffolk

I got my braces put on about a week and a half ago and had the BEST experience. Anna was super helpful putting them on while making sure I was comfortable and explaining the process to me as she went. She was super friendly and so was Kristen up front! I’m older and was nervous to get braces but she had such a positive attitude it calmed me down a lot. I’m so happy I went with Klar Holmes & Associates. From the moment I stepped in for my consultation I knew this was the right choice.

We were referred to Klar Holmes and associates by friends. Having visited some of the larger orthodontist groups we were left feeling uneasy. Dr. Mark Romano and Nicolette helped our daughter feel at ease from the first consultation. The team is patient and professional, two very important qualities for orthodontists. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with the receptionist, Dr. Mark and Nicolette for my documentation and options for dental care. We agreed on Invisalign for my dental treatment going forward. Nicolette was especially kind and understanding went presenting the paymentoptions and policies of the office plans. The office plans had a special offer Nicolette mentioned that worked out especially well for me. I was having a tough morning. My semesters courses was getting the best of me and I was sluggish. Doctor Mark and Nicolette were understanding and kind to me. I agreed to the terms of the office plan and orthodontic treatment. Absolutely fantastic work. I feel like I'm in great hands. Keep it up!

The most rudest dental assistant ever! I don’t know the girl name but she was rude, disgusting and very rushy. She had her hair in a bun on the top of her head and kind of has some weight on her. She was not helpful at all and very passive aggressive.She is lucky I didn’t call her out on her nasty attitude. I will never be coming back to this office if I don’t have to. I understand I lost my retainer but do not come to me like you are agitated as if ITS COMING OUT OF HER SALARY??? She needs to watch her mouth and tone… I am BEYOND LIVID !!!!! my appointment was less than 6 minutes before this nasty lady rushed me out, before I could even speak to the dentist!!!

My daughter needed braces. We were referred to Dr. Holmes and everyone was so great. My daughter was nervous about the whole process but the staff explained everything so it was easy for both of us to understand and kept her calm. They even got her laughing and it went by so fast. They're all so nice and welcoming and really take the time to listen and work with you. I highly recommend.
