Kitsap Childrens Speech Therapy

Both of my children attended Kitsap Children’s Speech and they adored Caitlin. She was attentive to their needs, sweet and taught them new skills. I noticed the way the other speech pathologists interacted with families and I was very impressed with everyone there. It is a wonderful place and I highly recommend them.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Kitsap Children’s Speech Therapy! Two of my children have been seen and one continues with sessions. They’ve been great at accommodating our schedule, allowing make-up days when necessary, and staying on top of our insurance referral status. We have worked with several different therapists here and they are all excellent, but we especially appreciate Sara. After years with school provided speech therapy, she stepped in an helped my son learn a new and better placement for his R sound. If you have worked with speech therapists in the past and made little progress, Sara is a great problem solver and coach!

We have attended Kitsap Children’s Speech Therapy from 2017 until 2019 for my son, and 2019 for my daughter. Erin, the office manager, was excellent at communicating the process for beginning speech therapy, obtaining referrals, recertifying referrals, working to have my kids seen at the same time, and helping with any other questions I had (related to speech or not). I appreciated her diligence in keeping us on schedule so our speech went uninterrupted (even when our insurance delayed and dragged their feet). She is a joy to converse with and made the experience pleasant. My son saw the speech pathologist Deborah for the entirety of his speech lessons to help him progress in speech formation, articulation, sentence structure, and so much more. Absolutely fantastic experience. We used the clinic as a filler for speech therapy in between school and the staff has been above and beyond. They listen and engage so well. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Aggressive and Controlling speech therapist. They think they are doctors but they are not obviously. One of the therapist was very aggressive with my kid as she was not listening to her simply ( she has speech delay of course he wont follow all instructions)
