I’ve been coming to Kirkland Vision Center for years and have always had a great experience. Scheduling, paperwork, and check-in are incredibly easy and seamless. The entire team is friendly, helpful, and truly professional. Dr. Lim is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciate. He’s also genuinely funny and entertaining, so appointments are filled with laughter, not something you expect at an eye exam! If you’re looking for a practice with up-to-date technology, expert care, and a fun, welcoming environment, Dr. Lim and his team are absolutely the way to go. It’s rare to rave about an eye doctor, which says everything about how great he really is.

Very disappointed. My whole family has been visiting this place, but after this experience, we won’t be returning. Not a good experience at all. I was unhappy with my new glasses because my vision felt distorted and uncomfortable. Instead of offering a simple recheck, I was told I’d have to use my yearly insurance-covered visit just to address the issue. That’s very unfair and poor customer service. Definitely not satisfied and would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I came in for my yearly eye exam, but the prescription I received was completely inaccurate. When I called to explain that my new glasses weren't working, the staff offered no accountability. Instead, they told me I would have to use my annual insurance benefit just to have the result corrected. I will not be returning.

First they take your medical insurance information saying they take it just in case they provide medical service. Then they charge your medical insurance just for looking at your retina image. However, they disclose that the medical insurance will be charged only after the retina image is taken and looked at. When you tell them that they should have disclosed the retina imaging will require charging medical insurance, they get offended saying they were transparent with you. They think transparency means that they told you your medical insurance will be charged after imaging has been already done. Very interesting perspective at transparency of services rendered.

Dr Lim is the first eye Dr to get my eye prescription dialed in! I also had some concerning eye symptoms and Dr Lim gave me concrete answers! Highly competent Dr with a great supporting staff!
