Wow!! Great pharmacy. Fantastic prices and very kind staff. v1y

I called this pharmacy to get something through my insurance medicaid & a prescription is not needed AS I'VE DONE BEFORE. & they were not helpful at all so rude and told me to go to another pharmacy with sick a nasty attitude. I called another pharmacy & they were able to help me and stated that the pharmacy just wanted me to pay out of pocket because WHAT I NEEDED is covered through medicaid with no prescription legally. Be careful they obviously rather charge you instead of being honest and kind.

I called to try to get my medicine for delivery. I spoke to one person and she tells me one thing, I call again to see about the follow-up and someone else had to put my order in for delivery. The third time I called the lady said I have to wait between 2-4.. so I said I'm coming to pick it up. I called them again to let them know I'm having my wife pick it up and she gets an attitude.. very poor over the phone communication skills... Never again

Always professional and customer oriented. The staff is terrific, knowledgeable and always go beyond what is required. A true neighborhood pharmacy. Staff is very polite and always has my prescription ready for pick up after a simple request by phone. What made me write this review was the help I received from who I believe is the owner on a nasal saline. Something so simple but was very useful to me. Great customer service goes a long way.
