I didn't get the driver's name today, but I'm on hospice and was in the garage and saw her at the front door that's on the other side of house om cam.. so open the garage door and my 5 lb puppy almost attacked her, I told her to her to hit him, if he came closer, I'm on 5 liters of oxygen and impossible to run after him so I threw my oxygen hose down n went and got the dog away from her tossed him inside. She was so nice she help me requoop brought my oxygen to me, told to calm down and everything was great! Ty ma'am, Im sorry I didn't get ur name. I will make sure he isn't out when y'all come by. Today was horrible. I’m full menopause and on progesterone for the last 3 months to attempt to gracefully manage it. I had some weird stuff going on (that no one wants to hear lol) after about a month so my doctor told me to start taking two pills a day instead of one. I called yesterday morning to refill and wasn’t told there was an issue. This evening I tried to pick up my prescription and was treated like a drug addict!!! They saw that I was refilling it too fast so they cancelled it. DIDN’T bother to CALL me so I could fix it. OR call the doctor to understand. Instead they waited until I showed up and then SHAMED ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE for filling a prescription too soon. Didn’t matter I was filling my doctors orders. Didn’t matter that this isn’t an addictive or harmful medicine. And

They are polite fast and accurate and great location.Not like c v s say your medicine's ready.You get there and then it's not even ready

I recently switched to King’s Pharmacy from Walgreens because I love their service, until today. I waited in line for almost one hour, which is okay because I understand that many people need medicine. While I was waiting, I took a call from my daughters doctor that I had been waiting on for weeks. An older lady that was helping me got so upset because I was on the phone, although I had already paid for my Rx through their Nimble system. All she needed was my DL. She was rude and raised her voice at me for being on a call. Even the doctors office heard heads and told me she had been very rude to me. She had terrible customer service and her attitude needs to be addressed.
