King of Prussia Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

One nurse was really nice and assisted us on heating the food for my aunt’s birthday. Another nurse came in with an attitude because we were still there at 9:00 pm. We were told visiting hours were 24/7 . My cousin came from North Carolina and was a bit late getting here. We told her we had talked to corporate and was told visiting hours were 24 /7 but we were getting ready to go. It was just the one. Everyone else came and wished my aunt a happy birthday. A man came in and collected the trash. As I said another lady had to look for a working microwave, but found one and let us heat up the food. All in all a nice visit with Julia Epps

Staff and nurses are always nice & it’s very clean. All over a great facility and I have plenty of comparisons, as a Court appointed Guardian. Hoping to move more clients here.

There are a lot of really good people working at King Of Prussia Rehab. My experience has been a little up-and-down. For instance, it is very hard to get ahold of people and they often don't call back. Today, though, I talked to a nurse who was busy at the computer at her work station, and she stopped everything she was doing and answered all of my questions really thoroughly. When I arrived, the person who answered the door was extremely rude (she yelled at me in an unkind tone of voice about not realizing that she had "opened" the door--not physically, but by buzzing me in, although I didn't hear anything); but when I was leaving the person at the desk was super nice, a different person. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the care and treatment my family member has received at the King of Prussia Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. From the outset, I’ve observed a concerning lack of professionalism and compassion from several CNAs and nurses on staff. It is disheartening to witness new residents arrive without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment from the care team. My aunt, who is currently under their care, has been ignored. I had to call repeatedly to express multiple concerns; most recently regarding her bed, which smelled strongly of urine. When she requested clean linens, a CNA brought the sheets into the room but left them on the chair rather than assisting her in changing the bed, which is unacceptable in a skilled nursi
