This agency has broken every rule which was outlined in the court papers, from allowing offsite visitations, allowing gifts, allowing those to visit which were not authorized. Lack of objectivity and professionalism is unbelievable. I would give a zero rating if it was an option. They are not concerned with the safety of the children the "supervise".

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my experiences with Kind Lapeer, an agency that facilitates visits between parents and their children. Initially, I was relieved to have the opportunity to spend time with my daughter at their facility. However, I soon became apprehensive due to the supervisor's lack of boundaries, which led my daughter to refer to her as her grandmother. Furthermore, the supervisor expressed a desire to take my child alone to the bathroom, which I strongly opposed. I have outlined the sequence of events below. On our subsequent visit, the supervisor informed me that the bathroom was out of order and that she would need to escort my child to the bathroom alone, citing that it was too small for both of us. I'd give negative stars if it were possible. The K.I.N.D. program came highly recommended from the school. Our 10 year old son was struggling and making very poor choices. His assigned person is always late & hasn't come around since the beginning of August. I had to text her to make sure she was okay. She has just kind of dropped off the planet which isn't a good thing when your child doesn't trust people who should be in his corner because many have walked away from him.

I’d give this place negative ZERO stars if I could, this place is supposed to supervise whoever is with the child. NOT question the child and make them uncomfortable! I’m calling out Cheryl Clark and Ashley Baker.
