Hi back in October I was sent there from the hospital. When I got there. So I had dillion, Amanda and kaleena as nurses they were awesome to me. Also the CNAs Elise, and gabby was also awesome. Any time I needed something they was there for me. I have to say dillion and Amanda pushed me to get out of bed and do stuff. And I want to thank the other staff for everything they did

The level of care and dedication from your staff was truly outstanding. I want to specifically thank several individuals who made my grandmother's stay exceptional: Robin, Liz, Brianna, Trinity, Lisandra, Anna, Geo, Andrew, and Larry. Each of them showed a remarkable commitment to her well-being. A special note of thanks goes to the bilingual speaking staff. Their ability to communicate with my grandmother in her language made a tremendous difference, eliminating stress and ensuring she was comfortable and understood at all times. My aunt is a resident there and has to have a strict diet. Melissa Owsney the food director was amazing. She went above and beyond and listened to our concerns and took the proper steps to make sure my loved one received the proper diet that was needed. Thank you Melissa Owsney for showing compassion for our loved one. You are amazing!

Our Dad has been a resident at Kimwell for about 1.5yrs now. As the year comes to a close, I want to send a shout out to the wonderful and professional staff that makes up Kimwell, despite the many challenges they face with an older facility. While there are too many to list, I would like to single out some of the most compassionate and dedicated staff that have cared for him: first floor Nurses Kalina, and Liz and 2nd floor Nurses Renee, "Taz", Victoria and Jen (nursing manager) and the caring CNAs: 1st floor Isandra, Gabriela and Gio and 2nd floor: Carlos, Rute, Dakota, Inreida, Linda, Crystal and Erline. As a family member of a patient cared for on this unit, I want to express my deepest gratitude for Carmen Nave on K3. Her kindness, compassion, and dedication left a lasting impact on our entire family during a very emotional and challenging time. From the very beginning, she made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. She was not only a strong and effective leader, but also a comforting presence—always checking in, answering our questions with patience, and treating our loved one with the dignity and respect every person deserves. What stood out most was how personal her care felt. She didn’t just manage a unit—she created an environment where patients and families felt safe and valued. It was clear that her team looked to her for guidance, and the tone she sets is one of
