Dr Phillips saved my life. I was being evaluated for a pacemaker and was told my ejection faction was not bad enough. Dr Phillips called to discuss the issue with the specialist and found out the cardiologist office had sent an older test result instead of the most current. I received a pacemaker in 2 weeks and could finally exercise again!

My wife and I moved from Missouri to Georgia 18 years ago. We had lived in a town full of medical professionals. In spite of having regular check-ups, my doctor never suggested an EKG. During my first visit with Dr. Phillips, she recommended I have one. She discovered some problems that had gone undetected. As a result, she sent me to a cardiologist that found some severe heart conditions. Dr. Phillips thoroughness literally saved my life. She has been a Godsend and my wife and I will be forever grateful for her.

I called the doctor's office to ask if they accepted my insurance and if they were taking new patients. The person who answered the phone didn’t even let me finish my question and just cut me off saying, “We’re not.” I had to clarify, “You’re not what? Accepting my insurance or not taking new patients?”Because she didn’t even give me a chance to explain. Really unprofessional and unhelpful. You don't treat people that way.

So compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable. Our family loves the care she and her staff give to my brother. He loves her and loves to get to visit her anytime.

First of all, it’s not because of Dr. Phillips she is so nice, my daughter is a patient there and Dr Phillips help us with finding out about her blood pressure issues at the age of 18 and my daughter still go here.So today I called to see if I could get an appointment just for annual checkups/physicals. The receptionist was so rude she hung up on me the first time and when I called back to see if I could schedule an appointment before I could even finish my sentence “oh we’re not accepting new patients” she doesn’t need to be working at the front desk with a attitude like that. That’s my only reason I’m giving one star.
