Brought my cat Annabelle in today as she has been sick with a URI. Everyone was courteous and pleasant. They take such special and thorough care of your special ones. The place to go in Lake Country. Thank yall so much for taking good care of me and Annabelle! 😊

I will give at least two stars because the staff and Dr. were very friendly and did a great job for my first visit! They did a great job with the physical exam and giving my dad’s kitten his shots. I asked them for a price estimate for this visit just to make sure I could afford the visit and pay upfront, and they gave me an accurate price! So I do appreciate that. I will say that unfortunately when I scheduled the neutering appointment I was given an inaccurate price 3 times verbatim prior to the appointment. It wasn’t until the day before the appointment that I was sent a price breakdown that was not what I was told. It was $250 over my budget. I was shocked because this cat is only 6 months old and has no health issues - all shots were up to date prior to surgery as well! I do not wan

I love this vet! I drive from Atlanta to take my dogs here. They always make time for you, the front office staff is amazing, and the vets and vet techs are VERY capable and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable too. When I had an older dog with cancer Dr. Richter took extra time to call me personally and help me with her care. If I could give them 10 stars here I would.
