26 Foot and Ankle of Lake Oconee

I had foot surgery performed by Dr Menke today at Morgan Medical Hospital. He & his staff have been exceptional! He is a very kind & soft spoken Dr & my procedure went very well. I have recommended him to a friend needing surgery also . He will take care of my other foot in the fall this year.

I am writing this review to applaud Jennifer at the Lake Oconee office of 26 Foot and Ankle. The previous week I had had toe surgery at another 26 Foot and Ankle office. During the first week post op wound care, I managed to lose the instructions for 2nd week wound care. Calling and navigating through the AI personality proved immensely daunting. Thankfully, I called requesting a nurse at the Lake Oconee office and Jennifer answered. She was knowledgeable, patient, and, above all, kind. She carefully gave me wonderfully clear instructions. I am deeply appreciative for her help and am writing this review in hopes that Jennifer receives recognition for her wonderful service. D Brandon

Superior staff employing professionalism, friendliness, and attitudes. Dr. Menke was professional, listened to my descriptions of the issues I was encountering, asked follow up questions, and most importantly answered every question I had with his excellent listening skills. A must visit for anyone seeking solutions for their foot issues or concerns. Kudos to the entire staff for their upbeat attitudes!

Our experience with the staff was good. The doctor could have been a bit more "relaxed" but overall, it was a good experience.
