My real name is Terrica. The write-up on the page about this pharmacy ..that pops up after googling is almost "enough said." Publix and Walgreens tell you HOURS. You walk into this place...FILLED! Neal the owner is so nice..Caleb..everyone, and yes Kishun is very caring, and goes beyond what needs to be done. We vibe so well that I had to make sure he knew I wasn't flirting lol! That's just how kind, and easy he is to talk too, so I overdo it lol. Thanks you guys! Proud customer since the days before you put the local CVS pharmacy out of business. Didn't Walgreens close too? They need to follow your model. I drive from Decatur to Lilburn. Heck, by the time I sit in my car for a commercial, local pharmacy I could be out there n back. Walgreens once told me 5 hours. We love Killian Hill pharmacy. Service is always fast and pleasant. There’s no ridiculously long lines like at the big-box corporate pharmacies. When we call, we can ALWAYS talk to an actual person. I am definitely glad we made the switch to support a local business

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever used. My doctor recommended it because they ship to your house but communication is ZERO and refills are almost impossible. Nobody ever calls you back or lets you know when medicine doesn’t come in. I apparently had a prior authorization issue which they never informed me of. When I finally got someone to look into it I had to call seven times before someone would actually fix it. Then it came up again the following month and AGAIN had to find out on my own, zero communication from them. Their website is an AI chatbot who sucks.

Extremely affordable prices and quick to fill. I got a bit worried when they didn’t have my medicine in stock, but they came up with a solution that worked 🙏
