Kidz Care Pediatrics

I took my grand daughter to the doctor. However it was a great experience. My grand baby is 13 months and she is a sweetheart. But she allowed the doctor's to check her and no complaints. We were in and out very quick. The doctors showed they were very concerned about my grand daughter. I was pleased with the service and the concern and the staff.

Kids been going there since they were babies daughter is 8 and son is 3, so been with this practice for 8+ years now. Overall the office is great, love the new location and hours that they have. Location is much bigger with more rooms to accommodate a lot more. Love the extended hours during the week which allows you full day of work and school. Only down fall is that during weekday the wait time is extremely too long especially when you get in back, which is why I love the weekend hours they offer and wait time is not that long, so when Im off on weekends I can bring my children.

My daughter is a patient of Sunlife Pediatrics since she was about 3 months old. Now she is 11 years old. I have been very satisfied with the services received until this merger. The call center and the front desk staff are lacking professionalism and can be quite rude. Lately, it appears there is a disconnect between the staff as I recently received an urgent order for my daughter and there was no follow through. The family oriented setting no longer exist; only impersonal interactions. No one takes your calls anymore; all your calls go to voice mail and if you persist, they put you on hold indefinitely. This is the end of my era with Sunlife Pediatrics. No thanks. I think I can find better elsewhere!

I've been going her since i was a baby now that im a mom it's my child's turn. We recently visited on Tuesday and there was a short wait. I got in before my scheduled time and out like 15 or 20 minutes later . Customer service has improved , and new faces everytime i go there from the medical assistants and doctors. Overall, haven't had any issues here so I love it.

I love the pediatricians there. The environment is so welcoming and the stuff is great. I’m never worried about my child care. The have excellent customer service skills and are very professional. Never a problem when I go to have an appointment, they have always accommodated me and my family. Thank you Sunlife 🤩👍🏽😍
